Home / Booking portal
From service selection to a confirmed booking.
Describe what customers book, how long each service takes and when it is available. Build a customer-facing booking page and a separate workspace for the people managing bookings.

These examples describe the development build. Public early access is planned for January 2027. Check access and availability.
Define services and availability first
Provide service names, descriptions, durations, prices, working hours and a booking time zone. Review the customer journey from service selection through date and time selection to the booking form and confirmation. The owner calendar provides a separate view of scheduled work.
Make notifications useful
Choose which events should notify staff by email or Slack. Customer emails need a verified sending setup. Test bookings with addresses you control and check both the saved booking and the delivered notification; a successful form submission does not prove email delivery.
Add payments with a tested setup
Supported booking flows use your own one-time, fixed-price Stripe Payment Links. Configure the booking webhook, signing secret and matching test/live mode. A verified payment event must match the booking, amount and currency; returning from the payment page alone does not confirm payment. Refunds and disputes remain in Stripe.

Example to adapt
Build a booking portal for a consulting studio. Let visitors choose a service, an available time and enter their contact details. Give the owner a protected calendar and service settings. Use English, EUR and Europe/Stockholm. Start with two clearly labelled demo services and no live payments. Add an AI assistant that explains the saved service information without inventing availability.
Review before publishing
- Book a test slot, check the owner calendar and confirm unavailable times cannot be booked again.
- Test customer and owner notifications, including the booking management link where provided.
- Before enabling payments, test a matching Stripe event and confirm cancellation does not imply a refund.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need access to the staff workspace?
Request a public booking page and a separate protected owner workspace. Test both experiences while signed in and signed out before sharing the customer link.
Are payments enabled automatically?
No. The owner supplies Stripe Payment Links and configures the webhook, signing secret, amounts, currency and test/live mode. Test the complete flow before enabling live payments.
