Approval-specific and built to sit alongside the tools you run, so approvers can respond without being licensed users of every underlying system. A sensible pick when the rest of your stack is settled and the only missing piece is a controlled sign-off step.
Where it falls down: you are adding another moving part to a chain, and every integration in that chain is something that can break quietly.
